#4, 5, 6 FLICKR

Here we go, my main reason for doing this... okay...that is a total bummer. Flickr is just a photo sharing account? I already do that on Facebook and Myspace and they have all of the tagging tools already. I was totally bummed thinking I was missing out on something but as it turns out I was already doing this. Grrrr. But man...this Guy who makes these videos is awesome. What a great fast easy way to transfer info. If nothing else I have found a great resource for learning that is quick and easy. I might create a Fickr account eventially but as I stated I already share photos on 2 other sites. This might be just one more thing that I may not need since I am already sharing on these two sites with friends and family. Yeay...this is my first attachment from Flickr. A boy dog to match my dog!! And then...a cat. Yeah baby yeah.

Okay now the blog questions....yes I have concerns about my photos being shared. That is why I only have my photos available to my friends on facebook or myspace. I never put photos that are too personal. Picnik seems pretty cool but I already have photoshop on my computer and crop and edit my photos all the time. I guess if you didn't have this software that would be a really great tool. Yeah I would say Picnik is something cool I did not know about before. Really neat.

Web monkey is a site I am definately going to explore deeper. Spell with flickr is super neat and I will use it in scrapbooking to create some unique fonts in the future. I played Fastr for a while before I love games. SUPER FUN!!! I like brain games....quizes...surveys...etc. My best score so far is 120 but I know I can do better..however I need to keep moving with this.

#3 RSS Really Simple Syndication

Really Simple Syndication...great so right after I said I don't like to read other peoples Blogs..I am going to learn how to link to multiple blogs!! Geez I kind of sound negative. Probably because I should have done this a month ago....hee hee Okay here we go........Kick ass awesome VIDEO! I love this guy. That is how I like to learn. Just tell me what I need to know. How awesome. I added Unshelved to my Google Reader. Funny cartoon I must say. I also subscribed to Get Fuzzy and a couple Fun Blogs...like one about a certain rock star.

23 things #2 Web 2.0 Cont.

Okay...well to continue on with #2....Why am I doing this? Because I really want to know how to do it all. I love learning. I think this stuff is really exciting and I plan to bring my avatar to 2nd life. I am a Teen Services Librarian so I plan to use my knowledge when working with my teens. This way they can view me as a legitimate resource. I am excited to learn about Flickr. You hear about it everywhere and I don't really even know what it is.

What an exciting leae rning by reflection.....I learn by cramming. Cram the night before. Yup that is me. Maybe if I gave myself more time....I would have more time for reflection. I can do Video. However...reading someone elses blog is not my thing. Just like I am not planning on someone reading this. I have to be honest I am only doing this to say that I did. I HATE reading other peoples crap. No offense but...it is just like Christmas letters...BORING!! Can't stand it. Which is why I like instant messaging and text messaging. I don't have enough time to read the books that I want...why and I going to read someone elses rantings. VERY BORING. So I can't say I learned much from the chick's blogTOO Painful for me.
